Secure purchase?

I am sorry if I missed it but I went to purchase DVD Cat4 and didn’t see the gold lock icon telling me the site I am about to enter my CC info into is secure, did I miss it? I saw it used PayPal but I have never used that before, is PayPal inherently secure?

Thank you for the reply, I think I found my issue. When I go to the link to buy the app I get a pop up asking me if I want to only display the secure stuff, if I select no display both secure and non secure the little gold lock is not shown, if I select yes only display secure stuff I get the lock icon so I feel safe again hehe. Thank you for the quick reply, the fact that you are active on this site and reply to people is what made me decide to support your work but buying your app, we need more developers like you.
