I personally might just purchase an Asus transformer; or Iconia and give this one to the kids. With as many optimizations as possible, rooted, and bloat removed it still seems to be somewhat sluggish.

As for a revert, it would call for loading only 2 gigs to the internal sd card. HOPE is NOT lost. The last mile stone is always the longest

I had to fix some issues caused by running the second raider release because it was not meant for already rooted devices. SU whitelisting was not working correctly. I fixed the su whitelisting problem by removing the raider files and re-installing su & busybox and setting the proper permissions. I think I mentioned this a few weeks back.

So wait, you rooted 04 or 06 with the 2nd code?

Its still on 04, but what I noticed on my wife's xoom on 06 is that it lost root because the package applied set the default.prop/bootimage to ro.secure=1, which pretty much means the commands to allow root/file modifications is disabled. If you can unpack the update; apply it without updating the bootloader you should be able to boot 06; but it doesn't really offer anything I can see over 04 other than some crappy game that is bundled with it; obviously that isn't included if you extract/apply the update manually.
