I would say the regular motofail, didn't work, like you said, but he looked at it, and released a rooter for 06 builds

Idk, but I know that your raider worked on 04, and his rooter works on 06, so, shouldn't it be a win-win?

Mine rooted 04 and stuck thru to 06. His seems to go an root 06's patch. I'm not hating. I'm glad everyone, not just the 04's. What i'm hating on is uninformed people calling kang when i did this 3 months ago and a differently than the accusation.

    I'm done defending my self.

it is what it is, it is kang!

you can not prove other wise!

it is irresponsible for this forum to allow you to have a developer tag on your name and allow you to ask for donations over and over!

you have been so verbal about donations, far more then any other developer I have ever seen. we heard how your wife insisted you work on paying projects over and over( major red flag).
I understand why you have been banned at so many places.
and I'm not uninformed, I understand in detail what each one of those commands does! big difference in a shell command and actual code- get it strait.

    sincerely one of your donors

I have no issue here with Evil_DevNull. His methods have worked and his previous work is a testament to his knowledge. There's always different exploits and ways to gain root especially on different builds. For a device that hasn't had much support, I would appreciate anyone willing towork on it as a hobby.

Nice, the script works well. The minor changes to the initialization string for cmdclient and generating a new local.prop with did the magic, along with the file permissions..etc . To think that something so small would stop it from allowing full root. Kudos to Dan Rosenberg for the fix.
High five to the face anyone? :P

What I find interesting is that most of these root scripts/toolchains utilize basic adb shell commands rather than actual means of 'exploiting' in the conventional sense.
High five to the face anyone? :P
