Rooted Toshiba Thrive showing me an android guy lying down with a red triangle

I have a rooted Toshibe thrive 16 gig 3.2.1.31.5.0002 I want to do a system update thru service station it's the system Image Update I know I cant update when in root so I did a unroot and checked to make sure there was no root by the su and it stated permission denided so I take that there is no root. So when I did the update from service station I get showing me an android guy lying down with a red triangle exclamation then I have to power down the tablet and it reboots fine. I tjust won't let me update please help. Thanks Im new to this
