Since we're still on Honeycomb (those of us on a stock rom anyways) I decided to change up my Xoom yesterday, clean it up, and make it setup more like my phone. On my phone I'm on Cyanogenmod 9 and I really like how everything works with the stock launcher. Prior I was an ADW EX launcher user on any Gingerbread rom I used.
So I loaded up trusty old ADW EX and switched from 5 screens to 3. Loaded up my Android Pro Widgets in pro black theme along with any.do widget. They look almost completely identical which is something I like. Used ADWs folders and categorized my apps accordingly. I currently have HD Widgets as a clock and weather widget on my center main screen. The end result has me pretty happy with my setup, it's clean and uncluttered. Seems maybe a little quicker to on screen transitions.
So what about you guys & gals, do you run completely stock or prefer a 3rd party launcher? Still wish Verizon would get this ICS update to us already but in the meantime I'm pretty happy with my Xoom again.
