No, it's for 3.1 only.

The Tiamat on our forun is for 3.1 too. Have you checked over at XDA to see if there are any links for 3.0 kernels.

I just checked and all I can find is 3.1 kernels. You might pm steady and see if he has any links to the older kernels or a way to get you to 3.1. Make sure he knows what country you are from.
