Can't switch off my Xoom since flashing Moray 2.0.1 update

I've flashed 2.0.1 update over the top of Moray 2.2 and since doing so I can't switch off my Xoom, when I try and do so by long pressing the power button it just sort of reboots and shows the water boot animation and then starts up again.

BTW I'm not sure if I flashed the update correctly so here's what I did:

Booted into Recovery,
Then went to 'install zip from sdcard',
Then I chose the Tiamat-Xoom-Rom-2.0.1-UPDATE.zip and installed it,
Then Rebooted.

Does anyone know if Moray 2.2.2 can be flashed over the top of Moray 2.2, or will I have to do a factory reset before hand?

Maybe flashing Moray 2.2.2 over the top will sort out the issue.

I believe you would need a wipe. From 2.2.1 to 2.2.2 was a no wipe. Since you already flashed over Moray I personally think a wipe would be the best way to go. Use Titanium and you should be back and running in less than 30 minutes.

Thanks for the reply. I was getting a little confused with all the different version numbers so I've now edited post. I definitely had Moray 2.2 installed and then I flashed the 2.0.1 update. Is it still best to do a wipe, before flashing Moray 2.2.2?
