Team EOS has released a stable verion of their ICS rom for most devices.
    [ROM][ICS] Team Eos ICS 1.0.0
I'm on the wifi nightlies but this rom is slick, lots of custom options and as far as I'm concerned I don't have a single con.

    Hey Thanks again Grant,
I may should add, that, My Xoom is 4 LTE, but my local area is running in 3G mode and not been upgraded yet? So would this be an issue? The xoom has been updated to 4, but the service locally is 3G.

The rom has the 3G and 4G versions. Just make sure you do a backup in CWM before flashing anything.

Hey Grant, I have been sitting at un-rooted, locked, stock for some time since, the rumor of ICS OTA. I had received an email about ICS testing, but never got chosen to go any further.
so, which would you think i would have to flash with, the 4 LTE, and it still work on my local area? That is what worries me about breaking down and using the unofficial version, is that i may end up loosing either, 4g away from home, or 3g at home,, oh well. Anyone have any recommendation on that? if, i flash with the 4LTE, seeing as I have been upgraded, but local service is only 3G. Wonder if any of the other readers have tried that yet? Chime if if ya have,

    Thanks to all
    Tom

I thought you were rooted already. I would think if your Xoom already been has been upgraded, I'd flash the 4G. It should switch from 3G to 4G and back as needed. But being I'm wifi only you might ought to ask in the thread.
