    See post #178 from me - bottom line is that you often need to flash twice in a row when using this ROM.

    You can use a finger combination to get into CWM but I use ADB from a PC when it is connected and simply send the command adb reboot recovery.

    But to get into recovery mode....



    From one of Astrix's posts...

    Power off and then power on and...

    - At M logo,
    - Press Power+Volume Up.
    - Once it reboot and you saw M logo in 2-3 second.
    - Press volume down, You will in the Android recovery.

    If 40.5 is off the back of the AOKP milestone then it should fix the camera and sound issues on wingray. Will test later, after I've had my daily dose of CM9 goodness

    I only need to do the last two steps? I never reboot then hard reboot..
