boot recovery and just press the buttons for each

Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
i think i should have explained it in a bit detail. in the TWRP recovery, the tabs are as follows

Install, backup, Restore, Wipe, Mount, Settings, Advanced and Reboot

when i hit the Wipe tab, all the options are there except on how to Wipe Data

and when i hit the Mounts tab, i am not able to locate the Format/ System. hence i was asking my question.

In CWM, it is quite clear and the steps are easy to follow, wanted to know the equivalent sequence in TWRP recovery.

When you get to Recovery, press the Wipe button. From there, all 4 of the wipe options you are looking for are there. The System button doesn't "say" format, but wiping and formatting are the same thing, so hit that button when you want to "format/ system." When you want to "wipe data" use the Format Data button. I'm not sure why it's worded the way it is in the recovery, but knowing that the terms "wipe" and "format" don't have any practical difference here will help eliminate the confusion. It's just wording that's throwing you off, but the buttons do what you need them to.

Another small problem. I keep having problems with microphone On the keyboard the mic is gone. I have tried everything I know. Yes formated/wiped/installed 131. I even tried to install something that was voice command and it told me needed android voice recognizer. And if I try to download that says wrong OS will not install? Is there a android voice recognizer for jb?

    Thanks

The rom is pre-rooted, I had a problem similar once Titanium came preinstalled with the rom. If you have a file manager, root explorer, delete all instances of Titanium Backup, should be in /system/app/ then do a fresh install from the market.

Not sure why you're having that issue. Did you flash the proper GApps? It may be that since it's Google software it may have to be added through the GApps package for it to work. I'm running 132, everything works fine for me, including Google Voice Search.
If I were in your shoes, if I had installed the proper GApps, my next best guess would be that the download(s) were bad. Try re-downloading the nightly and GApps .zips, double check the MD5 sums, if they match, go ahead and flash the .zip doing full wipes of /data /cache and /system. Bad downloads seem to be a pesky culprit, so I've gotten in the habit of always double checking the MD5 sums to make sure my downloads are good.
