I restored my Titanium with no problems, you can select restore apps with no data. I had a current backup so restored apps with data and am not having any problems.

Just flashed the EOS 4.1.1. Ive now got sdcard 0 and sdcard1 showing in my file manager...looking at earlier post this means it means I did not flash properly. Looking now at the last post (above) i did not Format/System (under mounts)..oops.

Anyway now I cannot reboot into recovery as i normally would (by long-press of on/off button)? Am i missing something? Where is my clockworkmod....do i have to do it in the old fashion by holding on/off and up volume? And given all that is said should i get back to recovery and re-wipe caches (inc format/system) and re-flash?

    Any advice appreciated..Thanks.

Edit - Ok i can of course get to CWM in old style....but can i now reflash but also format/system beforehand. I thought clockworkmod was part of this rom anyway?

    Thanks
SDcardo and sdcard1 are the correct locations for internal and sdcard on JB. You can wait until the next nightly to do all the wipes.
    Wipe cache
    Wipe dalvik
    Wipe data
Format /system. (Under the mounts menu)
    Flash the nightly
    Flash gapps
I'd advise you to flash the Team Rogue full touch recovery, really nice.

Cheers grant, its workin fine incidentally (no setup issues) but i thought id missed the important wipe. Was reading astrixs wipe schedule on page 1 of this thread...my mistake i guess, i saw the format/system just as i came back on here to question the sdcard0/1 situation!!!

But to clarify please: I need to wait for next nightlie and then do ALL the wipes as mentioned above (inc format / system) before i flash the new version/gapps? (If so what does the format / system wipe actually mean or do...and doe it mean i shouldnt restore my apps for present using titanium?)

Will defo get CWM rogue installed from your link....i was sure i read CWM was an installed on this rom.

SORRY FOR THE MULTIPLE QUESTIONS TOO.....Thanks for the newbie assistance.

EDIT - i can now reboot to recovery with on/off button?

I use Quick Boot, free, to boot to recovery. Yes wait until the next nightly, the /system/apps/ are getting to big for the system partition - this means not all the normal system apps are included in the gapps, the ones missing, youtube is one of them, you'll need to download from the market unless you backed them up with Titanium Backup.

Ok thanks, I backed up youtube etc due the poor quality if recent update so will install from there. I just assumed that if i did a full wipe (with format / system wipe) going between 2 nightlies that i would need to reinstall my apps from titanium again....or am i just being thick? With the format / system it constitutes a full wipe. When going between 2 of the same rom previously it not required is it?

Yes you'll need to restore them again. If you've added any apps since the last Titanium Backup just do another backup unless you can remember which apps aren't in it.

It actually seems to be working fine. Are wipes before next nightlie flash vital or is this lack of format / system wipe gonna cause problems later?

If your system is to full it could. If you have a root explore you can delete the videos in /system/media/videos and some of the ring tones /system/media/audio/ as we don't have phone. You'll need to delete them every time you flash another nightly.

I will forget that at some point so will take your original advice and do all wipes again when the next nightlie shows up and do a titanium again. Thanks so much.
