    Boot to recovery

    Boot to recovery
Wipe cache partition, wipe dalvik cache, wipe data factory reset
Flash the latest nightly and the gapps
    Reboot
Ditto on what ggrant said. No need to flash universal root.but you do need to flash the radio using Rogue Recovery otherwise it will not take effect. I.m running 109 and jb gapps and loving Jelly Bean! Paid ver of Titanium is worth its weight in gold, fully restored everything except widgets. I did notice that Rogue Recovery would not let me do a nandroid backup on internal storage(my previous Eos recovery did) but I had a recent nandroid so I didn't sweat it.

    EOS TEAM IS AWESOME!

I thought it had to be flashed each time... I still don't get how i lost root though.

Trying it in a bit, thx

If you want Google Now Voice Search to work, download offline voice recognition in settings>language & input>voice search>download offline recognition.

Updated the OP with new gapps, now includes the Gmail, Music and Youtube from jellybean.
Flash in recovery, no wiping of system or any other partition is required.

Sorry for owning this thread, but 2 things I want to check on. Keep in mind I am still on 109.

1 - Is Google Now/Voice Search giving everyone issues or is it just me

    And

2 - I'm not seeing my external SD card in root explorer.... I heard mention of this early on but it was stated it got cleared up...
