    Not yet, someone at XDA says it still on goo but they are still having maintenance on the goo site through today.

    getting ready to bump my xoom up to the EOS JB nightly 125 from EOS ICS, flipping through this i saw some info on new radios, at what point in the install process do i flash the radios? prior to the rom or after the rom or does it matter?

    It needs to be flashed with the Rogue recovery so flash the recovery, the radio, the rom and gapps after the appropriate wipes.
