Thanks for your confidence but mine did the same thing, there may be a problem with goo temporarily, hopefully they get it straightened out soon. I had to transfer from my PC this time too. I'm just the OP that posted the thread here, I have nothing to do with the development of it.

How do I do it via SD card? Do I need to wipe data/factory wipe for an update and back up my apps again with titanium or can I just run the update and the new gapps from recovery? I hope I dont have to go through the full flash process again

Just put the rom onto your sdcard via usb, boot to recovery, flash the rom and your good. One the nightly update no wipes needed. The only time you need to reflash the gapps is if they have a new package.

I do have a new gapps package remember. The last one I flashed was gapps-jb-20120717-signed.zip, so I need to still flash gapps-jb-20120719-eos-signed.zip which is the latest. Is this correct. So do I just flash the #85 then the gapps? Without reboot inbetween and without any wipes i.e. wipe cache, wipe factory data, wipe dalvik cache. Just flash the 2 files? Is this correct?

Correct if there's a new gapps you flash the rom, immediately the gapps and reboot.

Goomanager scripts do not currently work once you have flashed a Jelly Bean ROM. It's something to do with paths. There are also other issues in Recovery with Jelly Bean that I have encountered where paths are a bit different from ICS, but I haven't entirely got my head round it all. Hopefully goo.im will eventually fix this, but for now you will have to flash Jelly Bean updates manually, using your recovery ROM.

Okay, I did the #88 update and have lost my camera and gallery. I think i remember reading that this can occur if you dont wipe the Dalvik cache. How do I fix this?

Go back to recovery and wipe your cache partition and dalvik cache, reflash the rom and gapps. The cache and dalvik wipe won't cause you to have to reset up your screens.

So I Wiped partition cache and davlik cache, reflashed roms & gapps but still no camera or gallery. Maybe its the Gapps package.
