    stock browser thumb controls

    using the JB stock browser
    couple of changes I don't like
    how do you request the desktop site using JB thumb controls ?
    it was conveniently there in the ICS thumb controls
    the same for save page for offline reading
    anyone else miss these options ?

    The top wrench has a mobile phone with either a hash mark through it or not. That's the mobile indicator.

    I found the extra step needed to CLOSE the browser - slide thumb down to select BACK and then slide thumb up to select X or close, got to be too awkward (I kept ending up in the settings!). I've gone back to the basic browser and can at least close tabs and indeed the browser much more quickly.

    Yes they do take a bit to get used to. I still prefer the Quick controls for the extra screen real estate and easy access to everything I need without having to take my hands from the side of the tablet. And because they look cool
