    Use of USB for thumb drive with JB

    I want to be able to use the USB to be able to access thumb drives. I'm on version 4.1.1 build JR003H. My Xoom is wifi. I have the Motorola camera connection kit. From what I've read, I have to be rooted to use the USB. I'm a total newb. I've never rooted anything. It scares me. I'm afraid to brick my tablet. Is there an easy process to root that hopefully I can't mess up my tablet?

    Yes I can confirm this app works, im not rooted (sorry astrix ) and I can access, stream or save pics, music, video content and docs with both my tabs.
