So who pulled the plug on Xoom OE from getting Jelly Bean? I am guessing it was Moto and not Verizon?

I just spoke with a Moto rep and was told Xoom OE WILL get Jelly Bean scheduled 3rd quarter.

I just received a system update notice to update to Jelly Bean 4.1.2 on my flashed xoom. I think I have ICS 4.0.4.
requesting an update from (IMM76L to JZO54M)
I am rooted and flashed to stingray (I think) with GooManager I think 179. Its been a while. How do I tell what version flashed.
I have stingray 179 and 191 downloaded but I think I remember only loading 179 because there were possible issues with 191.
Should I do the system update?

The wife's Xoom 3g/4gLTE updated to 4.1.2 yesterday but she is running stock. I suspect you will have to unroot to update, assuming you want the stock update. Otherwise it could cause problems for you.
I have not heard of JB in the 3Q-is there a source for this info? If 4.1.2 is the dead end, I plan to root her Xoom to JB later this month.
Thanks,
Jeff
