EOS4 with a Xoom WiFI

I originally have a Canadian Xoom WiFi. I unlocked, rooted awhile back.

I just tried the EOS4 ROM, and I noticed that my xoom is a bit laggy.

Is the Cyanogen ROM any good with the Xoom? I want to keep using JB 4.2.x.

Is there a lean type of kernel compatible with Cyanogen or EOS4?

I did some searching on this site and I found a thread.

I was a long time user of EOS and thought I would change to Cyanogen to give them a shot. I found both to be a bit sluggish in the later releases. Since they have brought out 4.2.2 though, it's a whole new story. I have found that 4.2.2 really sped things up again for me. Haven't looked if EOS is now up to 4.2.2. Both are fantastic, but I am gonna use CM for a bit now.
