If you have a US wifi only Xoom you should have already received the OTA.

my verizon 3g never got it either.so i rooted it and got it myself.

so there is no app or free download. I can't root . Not computer savvy.

it says system up to date. this is the zoom i have. xoom, android version 4.1.2
