    I got her Back!!

    She was wiped clean relocked and on 3.2.2. I cancelled all downloads and made sure USB Debugging was checked. I booted the device into fastboot and unlocked the device. I then pushed the latest recovery with fastboot and booted into recovery. I navigated to Universal Root and Rooted!

    3G works and Wifi works and I'm still on 3.2.2. It looks like we are going to be without Tiamat until a fix comes around. I don't even have 4G but it sounds like people are loosing more than just 4g.

    Titanium Backup installed with Android OC, but No OC until I flash a Kernel. I am a little hesitant to do this but am Backing up now with a Nandroid. So far so good but I could screw up any minute
