Good luck on a charging dock. With sales the way they are I doubt we'll even see a aftermarket desktop solution but weirder things have happened. I would settle for a plug with a 90° angle since in person its the only part of the setup that doesn't look stock.

Have you looked into Herbert Richter tablet mounts?

Their nice in a car but suction cups don't work well even for light items in a truck. Just not enough holding power.

looks like the best/clean setup is a combination of Ram mount and a Proclip setup.

the chargin plug setup stinks for such a killer device, the location is so bad .... it can not be used it its own porfolio case.

The Padholdr's look awesome. I'd love to see how one looks in my Tundra. They definitely look high end. I'm a little unclear how the vehicle specific mount will attach to my dash. Also how the charging cable attaches with that thick base piece. Web site lacks some details.

Padhldr doesn't look high end either. Does this look high end? Plymouth iPad Tablet Holders, Mounts & Accessories for Plymouthou don't take a sleek sexy device and put a lop sided frame off to the side and have it sticking out. That's not high end. To me that pic looks way better. The ram mounts look way better. Velrco and duct tape would look better then a padholdr.
