Bluetooth Keyboard/Mouse Combo Issues

Hello, there fellows xoomers, long time follower, first time posting. So I'm loving 3.1 but Ive found when I have both a keyboard and mouse connected via bluetooth i get the keyboard lag i've read about in other threads. it makes the keys do thisssssssss. I have the moto bluetooth keyboard and an adesso mini mouse. Any ideas or help would be most appreciated.

crap, I hoped the keyboard lag would go away with a Bluetooth keyboard. Most discussions here were centered around the stock Xoom keyboard.

I have had the multiple key hit issue without a mouse connected. This seems to be a rare and intermittent issue with the keyboard. I have had it happen maybe three times over about two weeks of typing use.

We have yet to solidly put our finger on the source of the keyboard lag. It seems to have gotten better but we aren't all the way there yet.

What's weird tho is that it does it nonstop but the second I turn off the mouse it goes away...

Ok there must be some strange interference between the two Bluetooth devices! Odd! Do you have any Mac buddies? You could do a quick test with an Apple Bluetooth keyboard and your mouse to see if the problem still happens.... or you could try another mouse. My cheap $20 Kross BT mouse works greatish with my Motorola BT keyboard.

This is a well documented problem. Multiple bluetooth devices cause instability with the keyboard. Most specifically certain Bluetooth mouses when connected cause the keyboard to go wonkers. Disconnect the mouse and everything is fine. My Microsoft m5000 causes some problems, but I haven't found a better mouse yet.

Great tip, both my Mighty Mouse and Logitech bluetooth mouse dont have any issues. Sucks cuz I bought the tiny Adesso mouse for compact xoom travel but hopefully theyll iron that issue out. I feel blasphemous using my Mighty mouse w xoom

I used the Moto keyboard and Logitech Bluetooth mouse. Both worked fine, but only have used it once. I had the keyboard connected before I paired and connected the mouse. The moto keyboard is essential (unless your TV is real close) if you want to hook to big screen via HDMI and operate wirelessly on the couch because it has the screen control keys built in which didn't always appear via the mouse.

I have the lag problem but its only with browsers. The default browser is really bad. Opera is pretty much the best I found with FireFox coming in second.

Other apps like GMail work fine without any lag.

I'm using a Apple BT KB
