I've seen it posted here somewhere there is a 2nd version that works better with the dock. If you have the first version you can call otterbox and they will send you the second version.

Call OtterBox and give them the serial number.

How do we know if we got the 2nd version or not. Does it have to be ordered from Otterbox.
Where would the serial number be cause I do not have the boxes for it no more.
