jondwillis over at XDA-Developers is looking for experienced Android developers to assist him in making a Honeycomb optimized Notetaking application called "FlatNote". So if you fit that criteria, please get in contact with him as there are many Xoom owners that really want something like this, myself being one of them.
"I'm looking for some experienced Android developers to assist me with a tablet note-taking app. I'm open-sourcing it under the Apache license, but probably will monetize it on the market.
The general idea is to be able to capture a lecture or meeting's audio, and put in text, graphic, and handwritten annotations. Then, when you are replaying the meeting or lecture, you visibly see a waveform of the audio with notes, images, etc. below, describing what is going on and providing more detail.
Notes will be grouped into sections. The app will be designed for API level 11 or higher."
