Amazon app store can't install?

Not sure if this should be here or in one of the helps, but figured here was a good place, feel free to correct me

about 2 days ago, the amazon app store seems to have gone sideways for me.

I could download apps, but when the install dialogue came up, i couldn't tap install. it just didn't respond. Cancel did, install never did. Upgrading apps seemed to work, just new installs.

I decided to uninstall the app store and re download. it also won't install. the dialogue does the same thing, install isn't tap-able.

This just came up a few days ago, there's more than 20gb free on the device and it's not rooted or in any way hacked.

Xoom wifi.

Any thoughts? It wouldn't be too bad, but now without the app store the apps I already have don't work, doh!

Did you read through and follow the instructions Amazon provided for installation? They say to make sure "Allow Non-Market Apps" is checked in settings.

Oh sorry, wasn't clear. Yup I've set up the xoom for side loading and the app store has worked fine for months.
