    USB Audio Output

    Hello fellow Xoomanauts! Delighted to find the Audio sub-forum here. Have successfully dragged and dropped the entire remastered Beatles catalog, in FLAC, onto the Xoom, and am enjoying the tunes through a FOXL. Not quite as pristine as the output of a Sansa Clip+, but I suspect an impedance mismatch.

    The purpose of this post is to inquire about the capability of USB audio output from the Xoom. JB has the facility for this, as discussed in this thread
    Enable USB audio on any Android 4.0 smartphone/tablet
    if the device has the hardware that allows it. Anyone know?

    i have had no luck with usb audio on the xoom.with the exception of the standard dock.

    Any news to this post' I just purchased the new fiio e07 never thought it would not work with my Xoom, nexus 7 or gnex. I have yet to receive the product. If audio is sent through USB on standard dock why would it not be sent over otg cable? I am exhausted reading about USB DAC and android. Suppose I should have researched first. Thanks for any help.
