Well, after a little sweat, and slow and careful steps, I'm done...I got to watch the Honeycomb during the reboot and now I'm setting it all up just like new for it's journey to the shop...I almost feel dirty, like I'm cheating on the old girl!

lol, i just completed mine as well. It is never exciting to see red text on your xoom when doing things like this, but it was just info messages. Everything went smooth thanks to the guide here on xoomforums. Currently running through the updates, 2 so far. Probably not necessary but wanted to check them out while i was stock to see the differences.

My boot time decreased dramatically. I miss root capabilities and having to start over on my games. It won't be for long though. Thankfully Solarnz has the root out already and I will use it as soon as my Xoom is back in my hands.

What was your final build number in Settings? I think I am lacking an update but could be confusing builds with the wifi models.
