If you ran the oem unlock command that should have wiped your device. I'd run all the commands again.
    fastboot flash boot boot.img
    fastboot flash system system.img
    fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
    fastboot flash userdata userdata.img
    fastboot erase cache
    fastboot oem lock
I've never seen someone go back to stock and still have CWM.

I was running TeamEOS. I assumed I was unlocked. I ran through the commands again but this time starting with the unlock command. It worked. I am back with no errors. Thanks again!

I finally got up the nerve to root my xoom. The instructions at the beginning of this thread made it easy.

It's probably a silly question but what will I be able to do now that I couldn't do before the root ?

Oddly, I had a similar experience. flashed back to stock and relocked using all of these commands... and yet superuser was still loaded (after having to fully reactivate and sign into my xoom. yes, I still had root even after locking and returning to 3.2.2. However, my xoom would not update beyond 3.2.2... clearly something didn't look right to the ota computers.

I'm trying this advice now (fastboot oem unlock, then reflashing the 3.2.2 files and re-locking). We'll see what happens.
