Are the two ports you tried next to each other? Sometimes you get some USB ports at the back and more on the front or at the side. Xoom works best with ports on the motherboard, which will generally be at the back, but not always.

I've tried 2 ports on the front of the computer and 1 port on the back with the same results. I get a blank list of devices when I type in adb devices.

Seem you try lots of the suggestion.
Try different PC or laptop how it go.

Did you use Original USB Cable that come with your Xoom?

I believe this wizard was from window MS driver. Forget about it as you had install the driver manually(Moto driver). During manual installation, dont plug your Xoom.

Try plug your Xoom and run this command in cmd: 1 line at a time.

    cd C:\SDK_tools
    adb reboot

Let us know if your Xoom can reboot?
