    Nandroid
: Will let anyone with root access make a complete system backup.
It lets you create a backup of every piece of information (whole system back up) on your Android tablet/phone.

    How to do that?

    Nandroid backup:
    - Boot to recovery.
    - Navigate to "back up and restore"
    - Choose "back up" and proceed.(It will take few minutes to create, depending on your files size)
    - Once completed, "reboot system now"
    - Done with your Nandroid back up.

To see the back up file. Go to your external microsd card> clockwormod> back up> this is the file(save a copy to your PC just in case)

In case of something go wrong with your OS , restore the back up that you had made.

    How to do that?

    Nandroid restore:
    - Boot to recovery.
    - Navigate to "back up and restore"
    - Choose "restore" and proceed.
    - Once completed, "reboot system now"
    - Now you good to go!

Tips: Frequently doing Nandroid back up is advisable to stay back up at the latest.

OK, can someone help me? I like the rest of 4G XOOM world is frustrated waiting for them to push ICS out that I am seriously considering rooting my xoom. Here is the problem once I get to the Easy ADB step I get confused and worried that I will brick this darn thing. So for those of us that love to play with their xoom but do not have technical knowledge that all of you clearly have how do I go about rooting it.

Download “Custom ICS” and “Gapps”: at the links >>>Team EOS Here <<< choose your "US 4G Xoom (stingray / MZ602)roms" and "EOS_GApps_ics_4.0.3_v10.5" place it in your External MicroSD Card (DO NOT EXTRACT THESE FILES)

I believe you already have install:

    - Xoom USB drivers: Yes
    - EasyADB/SDK_tools Folder Set Up and Paste at PC drive: Yes
    - USB Debugging enable: Yes

Do you place the recovery image in the SDK_tools folder already? Yes/No?

    If Yes...Ok now

Open command prompt in Windows Start icon (in search textfield type in cmd and press enter)
    Once command prompt pop up,type:

    cd C:\SDK_tools
    adb reboot bootloader
    fastboot oem unlock
    fastboot reboot

    This will unlock your bootloader

After reboot ensure your USB debugging is enable.
    Settings> Applications> Development> "Tick/Check" USB Debugging

Open command prompt in Windows Start icon (in search textfield type in cmd and press enter)
    Once command prompt pop up,type:

    cd C:\SDK_tools
    adb reboot bootloader
    fastboot flash recovery recovery-Tiamat-R4c-100611-1150-cwm.img

Once you have verification on your device that this has been flashed:
    - Reboot your device by holding Volume
    Up + Power.
    - Then 3 seconds after you see the "Motorola logo", hit Volume Down.

You should now see "Android Recovery" at the top left corner.

    This will install Custom Recovery.

So for those of us that love to play with their xoom but do not have technical knowledge that all of you clearly have how do I go about rooting it.
    - Hit Volume Up to boot/enter into Android Recovery.

    In "Android Recovery", Navigate to:
    - wipe cache,
    - wipe factory data,
    - go to advance and wipe dalvik cache all within the recovery.

    Once Done

Navigate to "install zip from sdcard"
    - "Choose zip from sdcard",
    - then select the "US 4G Xoom (stingray / MZ602)roms" that you had downloaded/placed in External MicroSDcard earlier and flash it
    - then select the "EOS_GApps_ics_4.0.3_v10.5" and flash it
    - Reboot
