    I already have root but some folks aver there have

    I am not a big believe in "one click" apps myself.

    I read a few folks were having issues with getting Superuser, therefore no root.

    OK, guess I get to be the crash test dummy for this one....

    I just used the one-click root application on my 3G Xoom. It takes a bit of time, but all you are doing is following instructions. As long as you follow the instructions, you will be fine for the 3G Xoom. I have my Xoom rooted finally and using SetCPU to clock it @ 1.5Ghz. Everything is running great with no problems whatsoever.
