Help unrooting please, need someone's help tonight

Hopefully this is the correct spot for this thread, but I need some help with unrooting and relocking. I have my reasons lol. I have two walk-throughs already opened and I'm just too much of a noob to try to unroot it. It was only by the grace of god, and the great walk-through(s) on here, that I managed to root it without bricking it in the first place. So, if someone has the time, I'll be on my computer for the next couple hours. I would love a step-by-step, open this program open that program, click here click there, walk-through. Thanks in advance.

This is the thread you want: http://www.xoomforums.com/forum/moto...-boot-img.html

It will wipe your data, but you will be stock and locked.

Yea...I've read through that like 15 times and its still not making sense to me. So lets start here...

"Download the file from the link above. Unzip the file and place them in the folder you will be running commands from in ADB.
    "

Where is this folder supposed to be? On the xoom? On a drive? And this may make some people laugh, but is ADB the program I have called "Android SDK Tools?"

That's it. The folder that contains adb.exe. Its usually a platforms-tools folder. Shift + right click on the folder with adb.exe and select open command window here. Then type adb commands at the prompt.
