Change Boot Logo on Xoom

First off thanks to all the heavy hackers out there for all your work on the Xoom.

Now onto more hacking... this is in regards to changing the boot logo, the "M," not the boot animation...

I've read several posts elsewhere on how boot logos on other Motorola devices can be changed...

Is this possible for the Motorola Xoom as well using the update.zip framework or some other procedure for changing the bootloader logo? Has anyone done this on the Xoom successfully?

I know that I was part of a discussion on the Droidforums about this subject. We had a guy (MotoCache1) basically teach a few of us how to tear apart the SBF file and pull out only the pertinent files needed for the boot logo and flash that. I know that we have an SBF file for the 3G model only, so no idea if the file structure is the same, but I might take a look at it. Not sure if anything can be done with it or not, but it doesn't hurt to at least take a look to see if things look the same.

I still flash new boot logos to my droid about once a month, so being able to do it on my Xoom would be cool too - if I could get my hands on a WiFi-only version of the SBF.
