-Big Thanks To Solarnz For Making Xoom Life Easy-

      Recovery Info-

The biggest benefit of using this recovery is it will skip /data/media (Internal storage) when performing nandroid backups and also when you perform a factory reset. This is essential because not only does it cut down on the size of nandroids, but it also saves the hassle of restoring critical data in the event of a wipe, or a restore. This also means this data will not be backed up, so it is recommended that you manually backup every so often.

      Credit's Due-

First and foremost, thank you to Solarnz for compiling this masterpiece. Without it our SDcards and free time would be crying.
Also Thanks to Bigrushdog and MadIndustries for helping out with the concept of the solution for skipping /data/media.
Thanks to Koush and all the other developers that have contributed to clockworkmod, without you guys the android world would be completely different.

      ***Pick One Download/Install Option***

      Clockwork Install Method:

There are a few different ways to do this, this is what I do-

      1) Download ROM Manager (Free or Paid)
      2) Download the zip from the link below
      3) Move zip to your external SD card
A- Using a file explorer ( ex. Root Explorer), copy and paste the .zip file to your external sdcard (/sdcard/external)
      OR
B- Put the zip on your SD card using your PC
      4) Open Rom manager
      5) Press the second button (Reboot Recovery)
      Xoom will boot into recovery
      6) Use volume rocker to select install zip from sdcard (Press power button to confirm)
      7) Use volume rocker to select choose zip from sdcard
      8) Select the zip file placed on the sdcard
      9) Select yes
Xoom will flash file and put you back onto recovery screen
      10) Select Reboot
      11) Sit back and bask in the glory

If you have Rom Manager you can choose an earlier recovery, on the very bottom it has all CWM recoverys, flash 3.0.2.5 and then flash this one, or you can just fastboot it.

So, I'm a little confused as to the exact way to use this once its flashed so i get the desired end result. Would the proper way to do it before doing something that requires a wipe be:

Make a nandroid with the new recovery, then back up all apps and app data with Titanium Backup? Then I assume you just let the market download all the apps over again, then use TiBu to restore data to those apps?

What would be the result when restoring a nandroid with this recovery? If none of the internal data is in the nandroid, what do you do from there?

Basically what this does is skip everything thqts in /sdcard. Everything else is backed up/ will be wiped if you wipe in the future.
