Actions on phone numbers

I'm running Tiamat 1.1 ROM and really like it, but I miss the feature in Tiamat 1.0 to use dialing apps when I tapped phone numbers. I'm back to only having the option to add the number to my contacts or send a text from Google Voice. I'm not necessarily looking for SIP calling like in Tiamat 1.1 but just the "dialing" handling; for instance, I was using GV Dialer with Tiamat 1.0 where I'd tap a number and it would give me the choice of dialing through GV Dialer which would then route the number to my Google Voice account and ring my home phone.

Anyhow, does anyone know how to unlock/add such phone-like features to Tiamat 1.1 (or even stock Honeycomb 3.1)?
