    Just so im clear, if i've I have a VZ 3G Xoom that runs 3.1 Rooted, I can safely apply this?

    If you're running 3.1 rooted you don't need this, but if you're not rooted already this will work.

    Ok. How do I get 3.2 then? My xoom keeps bugging me to update when it boots. I have the fear tho...

    I got rid of the nag screen by flashing Hammerhead Rom, if you go this route you will need to do a complete wipe in recovery along with wiping your cache partition. If you use Titanium Backup, just back up the apps - no data. The first time I flashed it I restored data and got the nag screen when I was on 3.2. You will need the correct recovery also before before you start. If you don't want to go this route there is one more option.

    This will update my non rooted xoom from 3.0 to 3.2 keeping it stock and non rooted right? I don't want to root my xoom
    Android Devices:
    HTC G2: Android 2.3.4
    Xoom Wifi (MZ604): Android 4.0.4

    No, this a root guide. You will get your 3.2 OTA, Over The Air. In menu>settings>about tablet>check for updates.

    I've tried that but when it reboots it has an error come up..

    Hi guys, I managed to get as far as flashing the recovery file to the xoom, but after that I don't get "Android Recovery" in the top left hand corner on a reboot, and i have tried it numerous times, and i'm not sure what i could be doing wrong! any hints?

    Try tapping volume down when you see the moto red logo, should do the trick..

    Even when i tap the volume down button, I don't see Android Recovery, all I see is RSD, Fastboot, NvFlash. I'm still confused, did I not install the clockwork recovery or something?
