    Ups... I was confusing the terms... A backup using ROM manager (ClockWorkMod) is called Nandroid... And probably we can't use that since our fe's doesn't have yet a CWM recovery mode... the Xoom 3G does have it but I'm not sure if we can use that....

    Correct, you would need to have a custom rom like ClockWorkMod or AmonRA and the other variants that would allow something like a Nandroid backup image or an unsigned update.zip.

    And an sbk is not a file its more of a password for nvflash
    .

    Have you tried going from cold boot turning it on with RSDLite open to see if it identifies your Xoom?

    I've seen mine show up in RSDLite, serial number/device shows up. There is nothing to flash and if you want a brick try one of the other Xoom Wifi images on it... (seriously don't flash it) :P
