the question was working bootstrap, i have cwm recovery for the FE xoom, xoom2 and xybaord.
thats that the question.
simple put the thrive has it because the bootloader is not locked, meaning you can create the CMW
then fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
cant do that on these. or any other locked device, some sort of "bootstrap" or boot hijack is needed.
on devices that are GB or older have a working method, that same method does not work on HC or ICS devices (so far)

It seems there is a working bootstrap method for RAZR (ICS 3.0.8) with logwrapper.
