Can anyone tell me how to get the back off my fe.
replacing the lcd should be easy the fact that its not fused to the digitizer is not good for screen bleed but excellent for repairing!
i wonder if an og xoom lcd would work both same ratio and made by moto might have same connectors but the fe's screen actually looks better then the og xoom.

I just did this same repair on my FE.
I bought a broken FE off of Ebay with a broken digitizer, the LCD was intact. Very easy swap. No glue holding things together like most tablets. All screws instead.
Didn't think to take any pics or video tho. 8-(
You have to use an LCD from a FE edition, it's different from the other xooms.

I am noticing that there are quite a few threads on this forum about the FE and its LCD. Are there any known issues with this tablet and LCD manufacturer defects?
