Exclamation Is there anything exiting about having my FE rooted?

I don't know but before the FE was rooted everybody was posting all the time to see if there is already a working solution for the rooting of this tablet, but now that it is rooted nobody cares anymore.

Have anybody found anything interesting (besides been able to do backups) with this FE rooted?

I mean it is like when you are not able to do something and you keep pushing and pushing to be free and when you finally have the freedom to do whatever you want you donīt know what to do with it.!

Am I the only one with this idea??

I think we need to build our own custom ROMs and things like that.

Or if anybody found something interesting please let me know....

you can do back ups with Titanium Back up, and change bootloading screens. Other than that you are kind of limited to doing anything custom, rom wise. The FE only has 8 partitions as all others have 10. There is no custom recovery made for it to be able to push a cwm or twrp image. I just sold mine 2 weeks ago but i will have all the guts of the FE on my 3rd drive, i'm still looking at the partitions every now and then to find out why it's so limited. If you look in the "making bacon" thread, you will see what i mean.

Evil_devnull do you think a bootstrap recovery could be possible on the xoom fe? Similar to the bionic, razr, atrix 2 etc? How exactly do those work? They must not be in the recovery partition because you can still boot into stock recovery when it is installed.

I second this question to Evil
Im gonna get a Razr so im gonna add on to this question:

How do Bootstrap and Safestrap work and tie along?
Can't u add a bootmenu for the FE like what some roms have for Motorola's locked bootloader phones? Or does it not work for tablets?
