Words with Friends won't run under facebook.

Hi. Attempting my first post. RE: Words with Friends. Game will play with random opponents or locally but cannot open under facebook.

the last i heard words with friends wasnt even compatible with the xoom.

They've had it fully compatible for a while. I just haven't messed with it lately.

Yeah the xoom version doesn't interface with FB like the android phone version does I really hate that.

I play this game every day (usually around 6 - 8 games at a time), it's a fairly decent game (ignoring the stupid ads every turn, of course). If you try to access the game through Facebook using a browser on your Xoom, Facebook warns you that you are trying to access it on a device that already has access to the game and won't run in a browser (at least that's been my experience). It will drive you to use the app instead of a browser. I haven't tried using Bolt yet but I know that is the way it behaves using Dolphin.

I'm having the same issue with my Xoom. Words works fine on my Thunderbolt complete with FB integration. I was able to get it to work, sort of, on my Xoom though. I went on FB and fully set up an account complete with Zanga username and password. I then used that on my Xoom to log in. I then had all my games I started on FB. I can start rematches from my Xoom, but if I want a new match with a FB friend I don't currently have a game with I have to start it on FB.

I am trying to play Words With Friends on my Xoom. It keeps running ads and closing during the game. At times it even shows the wrong persons turn. Is there an update I am missing. New to the blog forum and to Xoom. Thanks for your help.
