The datel classic controller, i have one and it works brillantly when paired with the wiimotecontroller app. The only problem is its a nightmare to get hold of.

PS3 works as long as it's wired to the Xoom but only on games that support controllers.

Only on games which support controllers. Which is most of the games on the console emulators (Snesoid, PSX4droid, FPse, N64oid etc).

Sixaxis controller, its in the market, for pairing ps3 controller with xoom via bluetooth. It works, had a whole post about it. Its just the games, they need to support button mapping.
