    ADW EX vs Stock Launcher

    Just wanted to get everyones thoughts on the pros and cons of using each launcher, which one you use and why?

    I'm currently using the Stock launcher but I have the ADW EX app, don't know which one to use...

    I was going to switch to ADW EX because the lag on homescreens was too much but since rooting and using the Tiamat ROM I'm not so sure.

    Please share your experiences.
