    sent both mine and my gf's XOOMs early last week. got confirmation they recieved it and both arrived back just now (barely after noon here).

    the entire process was super easy and much quicker than i expected.

    My hubby got an email from Moto that they had a problem upgrading his Xoom and did not tell him what was wrong. Did anyone have this and know what the problem was? He sent his Xoom last Monday and it is Monday today a week. He should not have to wait that long for it.

    They probably were shipped. . .and then returned to sender because of the shipping label debacle.

    I agree. It's not like it is a heart or a kidney I am waiting on. And it was free. And it comes with a docking station. AND my ipad buddies are gonna freak at the new speeds. Win/Win/Win.

    Remember, the time limit mentioned time and again are for IN HOUSE time, not shipping time. So maybe a 2 day shipping time, minus the weekend (and maybe holiday yesterday) the Xoom may have been in the maintenance shop for about 2-3 days. Ya gotta give them time to actually do the work and get to it among the hundreds of other Xooms sitting there.

    Like the saying goes: You can have it done right or you can have it done quick. If it's done quick, it won't be done right. And if it's done right, it won't be done quick.
