    The package left motorola or verzion and arrived at the San Francisco hub.

    It got their to late to be placed on the trucks for shipment today.

    When I asked if I could pick up the package at the hub I was informed that verzion does not allow this and I will have to wait until Monday to get the package.

    well that is just perfect. i guess i will still wait and not go crazy trying to get mine shipped today by ups or usps. trying to be patient.

    No box here either. FedEx now just lists anticipated pickup date of Sept 29th (obviously didn't happen) and no estimated delivery date. Before it said today by 3:00pm.

    Oh well. I've waited almost 7 months as it is. What's another day/week/month or two?

    got off a 3-way call with both Moto and Fedex

    Fedex blames Moto as they generated an online tracking/shipping order, but never scheduled a pickup. Moto Blames Fedex and states that once generated, it automatically should be picked up by fedex as the process is automated

    In the end, Moto has to now generate a new order/tracking and i wont get my shipping package till monday/wednesday (tuesday is a holiday- no shipping)

    I swear its like the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing at Moto

    if you are in the same boat as me, contact fedex verify if the package was sent, if not contact Moto android division for the Xoom, or you may never get the shipping package.

    as for me, i gonna reset my xoom, reactivate it, restore the backup so i can at least use it for the next 3/4 days

    its always something when dealing with companies shipping etc etc.usually is a pain in the back side.

    What number did you use to contact Moto? Since I never got any confirmation email from Moto, just FedEx, I don't have any references.

    I received my box early today, on the west coast. Go figure. I'm not sending mine in until the latter part of next week. I was disappointed to discover that the small box containing the Xoom will travel in a FedEx Pak and not a FedEx Medium Box like the packing materials came in.
