    I never ever got an email with RMA info. Just the one from FedEx about the box. This worries me. I've already sealed the package too so I can't even put a hand written note with the info. But I did wipe the thing. I am pretty sure they would have done it anyway if I encrypted because then they couldn't get into the OS to update it.

    i put mine in the clear sleeve on the outside of the bag and had no trouble.

    You should have put the Encrypt option on the poll. that's what I did.

    I changed my mind and just wiped it clean, most of my stuff is stored on Picasa, docs and sd chip anyway.

    just did the encryption, they got to much on their plate as it is to worry about a nobody like me.

    I got mine back the other day and now I am having issues getting anykind of verizon data connection. sometimes I have 4g sometimes not. sometimes 3g then nothing. they say they are working on it. anybody else having issues?
