    Luckily, i don't see any scratches on mine.

    mine was returned in perfect condition...even had a screen protector over the glass. activated on 4G in under a minute and getting almost 20 megs down and 10 up. thats fast. im a happy camper.
    Oh, yea. I also got the free standard dock. already had one, so I have two chargers. Will probably try to sell this one on eBay.

    a few out of tens of thouands are bound to happen. with any company.

    yeah, and its all ok, long as it isnt yours, right? then its a different story alltogether.


    I bet you would sing a different tune if it were your Xoom thats was lost and could not be located. id bet you'd raise hell and go ballistic.

    Losing them is unacceptable. With today's technology it simply shouldn't happen.

    oh, no. i would be mad. and it is 'unacceptable' but fedex and ups 'lose' packages every day. no matter how small the percentage, it still happens, and people are people. technology can only do so much. i'd still go ballistic, just like anybody else.

    the issue here isnt Fedex

    Moto cant find the Fedex tracking info which should have auto generated when the order was placed for a fedex pickup. That most likely means there was never any generated pickup/tracking order sent to fedex- otherwise it would be in the system and assigned to the RMA/MEID, and Moto lost/misplaced the Xoom, or it otherwise managed to grow legs and walked away...

    OUCH!! i'm very sorry to hear that. Really. I hope you get it back or get a replacement soon.
