    I just emailed them a really nasty letter, let see how weeks it will be when I get my table back now. lol

    I am one of those who had my device listed as received on the 5th (they actually got it on the 4th). Upgraded the same day and was listed as either shipped or about to be shipped. No communication until 2:50AM this morning when I got an email saying my device was shipped - on the 5th (not). Called today to find out where it really was. First customer service rep said the email this morning was in error. Was transferred to a customer service rep in the repair section. That rep said my device was shipped and I should get it today...tomorrow....or Wednesday. Hmm, since that was such a slippery answer I asked him to research where my device actually was. He said he would research it and call me or email me with the tracking number. At 6:00 instead of a tracking number I get: We have received your Motorola Xoom device in for the 4G LTE upgrade and the status of your device is currently showing as shipped. We would like to let you know that we are still in the process of completing your upgrade. We apologize for the delay and will send you a notification once the device has shipped early this week. The exact date of shipment is not known at this time.

    The delay is not as bothersome as the confusion and miscommunication.

    Dumb moto people

    Just called moto and said I got an email saying it shipped on the 5th and lady on phone tells me to disregard that email.

    Boy, what a day makes! It seems things started going south around the 4th or 5th. I recieved my Fedx Box on Mon 10/3 and mailed it back same day. Moto received it on Tues 10/4 and I got an email on Wed 10/5 that it had been shipped. Sure enough it showed up at about 10:00 AM on Thurs 10/6. 3 day turnaround not bad. I guess I just got lucky before things got crazy at Moto. I'm sorry to hear others are having such a crummy experience. I feel your pain though. Even though it was only 3 days, it was 3 days too long. Hang in there guys, as tough as it is.

    just got a tracking number which still says that fedex has only received billing information

    I just added a bunch of contact Info for both Moto and CTDI for those who want to let them know of your disatisfaction.

    There is also an ethics Complaint report form for Moto
    CTDI and Moto Contact Info

    Just pulled my status up and saw there's now a tracking number. Looks like it's scheduled to ship today with an arrival by 1030AM Wednesday.

    Disappointing but hopefully this saga is coming to an end.

    Update......so yesterday (the 10th) I call moto....rep tells me my devise is done and packaged and ready for fedex to pick it up later that day for delivery on th 11th.....I was told no tracking number because fedex hadn't generated one.....I was told that others got theirs back sooner because they were "business users"....and they were told 4 day turnaround...anyone know about a business use designation?.......btw checked last night and it's still not showing as shipped so I'm suspecting I was lied to yesterday......
