I just got mine back too. The instructions provided are useless...I followed the steps to manually change the setting to LTE/CDMA and I'm getting 3G but nothing about the 4G over the air activation. So, I'm trying the factory reset as mentioned by drsky125.

update: The factory reset worked! Xoomin' with 4G...

Mine is now working on 4G!!!! Just took a few minutes of leaving it alone. Speedtest.net says 21.5 Mbps.

21 on 4g? For some reason thought it would be much faster. Guess it's regional.

    Still pretty fast.

followed the packing instructions for 4G activation. no 4G, although 3G came up almost immediately. performed a factory reset and still no 4G, even though the verizon coverage map shows I'm in a 4G zone. bummer.May drive into town a ways and see if this is a coverage area issue or a tablet issue, since Denver is apparently well covered with 4G.

Absolutely, but getting what you pay for is another thing.

Did you go to the link on your account that said "Activate or change device"? Just curious exactly where you entered the info.
