    So now that there is a stock honeycomb file manager app for enabling write access to external1 sdcard in GED Xooms, how many are using it?

    dang, it's hard to find. sdcardx search in market didn't even bring it up in the top results. exact title search and it's still #2. LOL@android market fail. kudos to gmanapps for coding it.

    we should all shoot 'Hexise' the author of File Manager HD a scathing email for being so lazy with his app. had he not been so lazy, we could have had stock write acess to external1 months ago-

    i grabbed gmans app the other day and tried it last night both ways with a couple movies and it was simple to do. worked great.

    i was thinking the same,but if you were rooted.you wouldnt need a special app to write to sd card.

    works great on a stock xoom. limitations for now is that you can't delete a file only move it. but gman continues to work on it.
